WWE News: Tension Between Triple H And Seth Rollins To Lead To Brock Lesnar’s Return?

As everyone knows, Brock Lesnar was indefinitely suspended on the post-WrestleMania RAW by Stephanie McMahon after one of the most awesome segments in the history of the show. Following the segment, people were comparing Lesnar to “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, and saying that he has the potential to be the most popular babyface since the “Texas Rattlesnake.”

Since Lesnar was suspended, WWE hasn’t gone out of their way to keep his name relevant on the show, and WWE fans are wondering how WWE will bring Lesnar back into the mix. It appears that WWE is already planting the seeds for a Lesnar return, as there was some on-screen tension between Triple H and Seth Rollins during Monday’s RAW. The tension between the two is apparently to setup Triple H lifting Lesnar’s suspension this summer, and giving him a WWE World Heavyweight Championship match against Seth Rollins at SummerSlam.

There have been reports that WWE feels that The Authority storyline has run its course, and that it’s time to make some changes. One of those changes may involve turning Triple H babyface after he gets fed up with Rollins’ actions. There are rumors of a Triple H vs. Seth Rollins match taking place at some point in the future, which would likely take place after Lesnar beats Rollins and regains the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Lesnar Reigns

The early speculation is that next year’s WrestleMania main-event will be part two of last year’s WrestleMania main-event, with Roman Reigns taking on Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. WWE isn’t overly concerned with who will be the babyface and who will be the heel in that match, and their thought is that having Roman Reigns defeat Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the biggest WrestleMania of all-time will turn him into a megastar overnight.

It’s likely that most WWE fans won’t like the idea of a Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar rematch as the main-event of next year’s WrestleMania, but WWE is convinced that they’re going to be able to lure enough big names out of retirement, which will make next year’s WrestleMania a must-see show.

In the meantime, Lesnar probably won’t be seen on WWE television until July or August, as WWE usually likes to have Lesnar return for SummerSlam. It’s not a guarantee that Lesnar will regain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship this summer, but, as of right now, that’s the plan.
