Cubic Telecom partners with Dopplr

Maxroam, the excellent mobile roaming product from Cubic Telecom has a new distribution partner: travel startup Dopplr.

Cubic offers travel SIMs, which abolish high roaming fees that are usually charged by incumbent Mobile Network Operators if you’re traveling overseas.

MaxRoam becomes a key product in Dopplr’s recently launched store, which focuses on special offers on products and services to make travel better.

MaxRoam is claimed to have saved travelers more than $1 million on their roaming mobile bill and almost $1.7 million to date.
