Hackers Target Apple Security With Newest Attack

Hacker group AntiSec posted a Twitter message on Sunday that claims the group was able to gain access to an Apple Inc. server and gather private data.

To prove that they had gained access to the server the group posted several usernames ans passwords from the company.

According to the group they were able to gain access to the server because of a flaw in the software used by the company, the same software used by various other Fortune 500 firms.

The group continued:

“#Apple could be target, too. But don’t worry, we are busy elsewhere.”

The AntiSec group is said to be made up of some members from the recently “retired” group LulzSec and other various hacker groups. Lulzsec recently said they were done spreading the Lulz, perhaps now they are just in it for the sad attempt to post stuff nobody really cares about.
