Viewers can watch Donald Trump’s speech on the Orlando terrorist attack live online and see the GOP nominee’s reaction to the worst mass shooting on American soil.

The attack early Sunday morning left 50 people dead and more than 50 injured after Omar Mateen opened fire inside Pulse, a popular gay nightclub in Orlando. The attack stunned Americans and drew reactions from across the political spectrum, with Trump leading the way in a controversial response.

Donald Trump already had a major speech planned for Monday, one in which he was going to lay out a line of attack against presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, but changed plans on Sunday and said he now plans to address the terrorist attack.

In an appearance on CBS This Morning , Trump said he will lay out specifics of how he would prevent terrorist attacks as president.

“I was going to talk about Hillary Clinton, which is very easy to do, ’cause I understand her — I think it was inappropriate to do that right now,” he said. “I had a massive rally [Monday night] in New Hampshire and I’ve cancelled that, but I’m going to New Hampshire, we’re going to make a speech on the event yesterday and what we have to do to prevent that.”

Trump’s initial reaction to the Orlando terrorist attack drew criticism from across the spectrum. After an initial tweet about the shooting as details were emerging, Trump wrote what appeared to be a self-congratulatory message for predicting an Islamic terrorist attack in the United States.

Appreciate the congrats for being right on radical Islamic terrorism, I don’t want congrats, I want toughness & vigilance. We must be smart!

The remarks drew widespread criticism, with many calling Trump callous and selfish for seeming to make the tragedy about himself.

Donald Trump may have already offered a preview of what will be included in his speech on the Orlando terrorist attack. In an interview on Fox News aired Monday morning, Trump used the attack to slam President Barack Obama for his failure to refer to the attack specifically as an act of “radical Islamic terrorism” and seemingly sympathizing with attackers.

“Look, we’re led by a man that either is not tough, not smart, or he’s got something else in mind,” Trump (via the Washington Post ). “And the something else in mind — you know, people can’t believe it. People cannot, they cannot believe that President Obama is acting the way he acts and can’t even mention the words ‘radical Islamic terrorism.’ There’s something going on. It’s inconceivable. There’s something going on.”

Those who watch Donald Trump’s Orlando terrorist attack speech will likely see the GOP nominee renew his call for a temporary ban on allowing foreign Muslims into the country. Trump first called for the ban when announcing his campaign for the Republican nomination, and reiterated it again on Sunday.

Omar Mateen, the man identified as the Orlando terrorist attack shooter, was an American born in New York to parents from Afghanistan. In an interview on ABC’s Good Morning America , Trump was asked how the ban could have prevented Sunday’s terrorist attack.

“We have many people coming in whose hate is equal to his and just as bad and even worse, frankly, and we have to stop people from coming in,” Trump said.

Trump’s opponent, Hillary Clinton, has scheduled her own remarks on Sunday’s terrorist attack, with Clinton delivering her speech close to two hours before Trump speaks in New Hampshire.
