Donald Trump has again received media scrutiny for his blunt response during a conversation with a female journalist. During a live Oval Office press conference, the reporter began asking about the U.S. stance on Iran, but he interrupted her before she finished her question.
“Does Iran have to make a deal for the U.S. to end its operation in Iran, and have you spoken directly?” the reporter asked. She was abruptly interrupted by the 79-year-old, who dismissed the premise of the question and claimed he had already spoken with multiple people about the issue.
“Iran doesn’t have to make a deal, no. Yeah, I’ve spoken to a lot of people. It’s a new regime. They are much more accessible, they are right, you know, they said, ‘We have a present for you, Mr. President, out of respect’,” he added.
According to The Irish Star, when the journalist tried to continue speaking, Trump cut her off again, saying, “You want me to answer the question? You are a fresh person, you know? We’ve had a lot of problems with you. You asked me a question.”

Trump claimed Iran does not need to reach a deal with the U.S. because he said his primary goal was to stop Iran’s ambition to develop nuclear weapons.
“No, they don’t have to make a deal with me”, Trump said. ” Whether we have a deal or not is irrelevant,” he added.
Online critics slammed Donald Trump for his rude comments and conduct. “Trump goes off on a female journalist, first cutting her off, then calling her a ‘fresh person’ after she asked a question about Iran he didn’t like. What a weak, weak man!” one user said.
Another replied, “Trump explodes at any competent woman who won’t play his suck-up game because her competence exposes his insecurity. A real president doesn’t need reporters to kiss the ring. This is just a weak, fragile man lashing out.”
This is not the first time Trump has publicly attacked a female journalist. Previously, he snapped at a reporter, calling her “piggy” and another “obnoxious” after she kept on interrupting him, as she tried to question him.
Trump appeared frustrated and refused to answer her question. He said, “You are the most obnoxious reporter here. You’re obnoxious. I am not going to talk to you.”

It has been 33 days since the U.S.-Israel launched strikes on Iran on Feb. 28. Since then, the war has killed at least 15 U.S. service members and wounded more than 348. In Iran, over 3,400 people have been reported killed, including more than 1,500 civilians.
According to MS Now, Iran has refused to speak with them because their administration under Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei wants to speak only with JD Vance.
Previously, Trump claimed discussions with Iran were progressing, and a peace deal could be close. Iranian officials denied that any such negotiations had happened. The Trump administration has allegedly been shifting its claims about the war, making people question the future of this conflict.
According to CNN, a senior Iranian official said Tehran will decide when the war ends, not Washington, suggesting Trump’s goal of establishing a diplomatic end to the strikes has yet to be achieved.
