Bethenny Frankel has been busy filming the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of New York and working on creating new products for Skinnygirl. And while Frankel is often very social with her followers, she has been keeping to herself while filming The Real Housewives of New York. It is very possible that Bravo is preventing her from sharing too much.
This week, however, Bethenny Frankel shared something that could hint that she is going through an emotional time. People who are familiar with Frankel’s story know how much her dog Cookie means to her. And her dog is getting older. Cookie has been with Frankel for years, stemming back from a failed relationship over a decade ago.
According to a new tweet, Bethenny Frankel recently shared a picture of her dog, Cookie, who has been with her throughout her entire reality journey. But this picture revealed that Cookie had undergone surgery. She was wearing – what some of Frankel’s followers called – the cone of shame.
Bethenny tried to send out some positive thoughts while sharing the picture, which showed her doing yoga and Cookie laying by her feet with the cone on her head.

Many people who have followed Bethenny Frankel over the years know how important her dog is to her. Her dog has been with her since a failed relationship, and has been there through her marriage to Jason Hoppy, her divorce from him, and her journey of becoming a parent. But it sounds like Frankel’s dog could have caused some trouble within the marriage. In 2014, Bethenny Frankel claimed that Jason had taken the dog and locked her in a storage unit.
“I found out that Jason locked Cookie in the storage unit in our apartment with her dog bed and bowl,” Bethenny has said, adding, that Jason “wouldn’t tell me or my assistant where she was until after midnight.”
All of this information is coming out in court, as the couple continues to bicker over custody of their child, Bryn. It is uncertain how the divorce is doing, but there is clearly plenty to argue about. However, The Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel may be thinking positive thoughts. Her dog is doing well post surgery it appears and, according to the Inquisitr , Bethenny recently held a successful brand summit for her Skinnygirl products.
