On Saturday, Nadya Suleman, better known as “ Octomom ,” found her home raided by the Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS).
Based on the report, the DCFS arrived at “Octomom’s” property on Saturday night following a complaint filed by a former nanny in which allegations of drug use, heavy drinking, blacking out, forgetfulness, carelessness, and a lack of proper care towards her children were made.
Upon arrival, DCFS made Suleman aware of the allegations made against her and then proceeded to question her,and searched the home. However, DCFS was unable to find sufficient evidence to remove the children from Suleman’s care.
This isn’t the first time that DCFS has been to the residence. The Hollywood Gossip said that the agency has been there multiple times, the most recent in April 2012 when her hair stylist submitted a complaint related to “horrendous living conditions.”
According to Examiner.com , earlier accounts indicated that “Octomom” had agreed to perform in a topless strip show at T’s Lounge in West Palm Beach, Florida. Suleman reportedly performed in four paid shows beginning Valentine’s Day and running through February 16.
Suleman got a taste of fame when she gave birth to octuplets in 2009 but became infamous when it was uncovered that she already had given birth to six other children from earlier IVF implantations, received public assistance, and was unemployed.
Her title “ Octomom ” was given to her when had the octuplets. The DCFS investigation is ongoing.
