A Florida man was arrested earlier this year on April 7 for blaring music from his car while dancing on top of a sheriff’s vehicle. Although the incident took place a couple of months ago, police have just released the video of 44-year-old Christian Radecki in all his glory.

WPTV reports that Radecki pulled his car into a driveway, bumping the fender of the patrol car parked in front of him. Radecki pumped up the volume on his car speakers blaring Hall & Oates’ “Rich Girl” as he climbed on top of the sheriff’s vehicle and boogie-oogie-oogied.

Neighbors didn’t think it was too funny as Radecki, a convicted sex offender , began pulling the windshield wipers off the sheriff’s car, and ripped off a neighbor’s American flag. All the while Radecki didn’t miss a beat as the tunes continued to fill the air with Supertramp’s “Goodbye Stranger” about the time the sheriff comes around the corner to haul him Radecki off to jail, according to ABC Action News .

When police questioned Radecki about his behavior, WPTV reports he told police that a woman with fangs came to his door threatening that vampires were about to attack and make a human sacrifice. Radecki felt he had to take drastic measure to “save the children from being slaughtered,” and had set out to find the Sheriff of Nottingham to enlist his help.

Radecki told officers that he was not drunk, or under the influence of drugs or medication, and that he had never been diagnosed with a mental condition. However, that didn’t stop officers from hauling him off to the hospital for a thorough examination.

After he was cleared in apparent good health from the Cape Coral Hospital, ABC Action News reveals that he was then taken immediately to the Lee County Justice Center where Radecki was charged with Disturbing the Peace and Criminal Mischief.
