Could Teresa Giudice’s home go into foreclosure as the Real Housewives of New Jersey star serves out her 15-month prison sentence? According to a new report, Giudice and her husband, Joe, have agreed to allow the bank to seize their property.

“Teresa and Joe are planning to let the house go into foreclosure,” a source close to the situation told Radar Online on March 16.

Multiple sources confirmed to Radar that Teresa Giudice and her husband will stop payment on their Montville estate, and let the bank take ownership of the six bedroom, six bathroom home.

Teresa Giudice and her husband appeared in front of a judge in October of last year, where they received their sentences for crimes of bank and wire fraud. During the appearance, Giudice received a 15-month sentence, while husband Joe received 41 months.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, the Giudices also owe a substantial amount of restitution, which they appear to be doing their best to pay. In addition to reportedly writing a tell-all book behind bars, Teresa Giudice has allegedly been photographed behind bars for a whopping $100,000.

Unfortunately, Teresa Giudice’s reported money making scheme may prove costly for her behind bars. Since it is against the rules to be photographed, a source speculates she may be punished for her behavior.

Earlier this month, a source revealed the following to Radar Online.

“You cannot take cell phones into the prison, but somehow, this particular family member was able to — and snapped away without guards noticing! You can be assured that the prison and its warden is going to be furious when these images are published! It could have serious consequences for Teresa.”

While Teresa Giudice is restricted already when it comes to outside communication behind bars, her alleged photos hoot may result in her losing time on the phone, or her visitation with family.

“Leave it to the Giudices to find a way to cash in on Teresa being jailed! The family shopped the images around and one celebrity weekly magazine paid close to $100,000 for them. They’ll be released very soon.”

According to a report by Real Mr. Housewife , Teresa Giudice’s husband, Joe, was the one who took the prison photos , and the photos are expected to be published by Us Weekly later this month.

“Joe, Teresa’s husband is the one who sold the photos! They are desperate to make money in any way possible,” a source told the site.

Teresa Giudice will be released from custody in early 2016.
