20th Century Fox and DreamWorks Animation released the first trailer for the highly anticipated film HOME! on Thursday . The film is a 3D animated comedy featuring the voices of Jim Parsons, Rihanna, Steve Martin, and Jennifer Lopez. Home! will be released in theaters on March 27, 2015, but we don’t have to wait to get a sneak peek at the film. Yesterday, animation fans watched the trailer for The Penguins of Madagascar and today’s Home! trailer provides a first-time look at 3D aliens hiding on Earth.
According to HitFix , Home! is directed by Tim Johnson, who film fanatics remember from his work on Over the Hedge . Home! is the tale of an alien race, called the Boov, that opts to use Earth as their new permanent residence with a plan to relocate all the humans. When one particular Boov meets up with a human girl, hilarity ensues. The trailer is very amusing, and if DreamWorks lives up to its promises, the full-length animation should keep viewers of all ages entertained.
