Donald Trump’s daughter Tiffany Trump just welcomed a baby boy with her husband, Michael Boulos. This is her first child with him, born on May 15, making Trump a grandpa to 11 grandkids.
She’s active on her socials, where she posts all the updates on her life. She wrote a cute tribute to her newborn, saying welcome to the world our sweet baby boy on Instagram. They have named the baby boy, Alexander Trump Boulos. Earlier, she had posted how she can’t wait to meet her little man.
Her post was met with love and congratulations. Many people commented on the post with their blessings. We were hoping to see Melania’s congratulatory message too, but it was not there. This just shows how she’s not keen on publicly acknowledging or celebrating becoming a step-grandmother.
It does not come as a surprise, as she was also absent from her baby shower. Everyone may have assumed that she’d attend the baby shower, but she chose to skip it. Growing up, Melania and Tiffany have been close, so it is a bit weird that she is absolutely absent from her milestones as a mother.

As per a source, Melania didn’t have any reason to attend her baby shower. Melania has a schedule where she is busy doing the First Lady activities. Even when her schedule is not too packed, she has other things that keep her occupied. On her baby shower day, she chose to spend that day with her own son Barron. Being there for her step-daughter may not be the top priority among other things.
It appears Melania and Tiffany grew apart even though they shared a close relationship. Although other Trump kids were older, Tiffany was just 11 when Melania and Trump got married in 2005. Tiffany seemed to be her favorite step-daughter, looking at the duo getting clicked.
There are several photos of Tiffany and Melania at different occasions, so it is unclear how the two drifted apart. If they shared a similar relationship now the two would be closer on such occasions. At least Melania would have congratulated her for new beginnings as a mother.

The speculation is if the two are even on talking terms. According to Melania’s memoir, she has always been respectful of Trump’s kids. Sometimes they may not have the same opinion but she respects them. Moreover she shared how she has built the relationship with the kids based on love and admiration.
Her approach has always been to recognize their individual differences and be in the role of a step mother without replacing their mothers. She has been supportive of them through an amicable connection.
So it’s hard to say what kind of relationship they actually share behind the doors. Even this time, maybe she took a step back so that Tiffany could celebrate this moment with her own mother. We may not know how she shows up as step grandmother for the kids.
