Just a quick note of welcome to viewers from Channel 7 Australia’s Today Tonight program. Hopefully you received some new insights into smart phones in the story tonight.

If this is your first time at The Inquisitr, let me give you a quick tour.

The Inquisitr covers tech news, with a particular fondness for gadgets and mobile phones. We also cover general technology, celebrity news (well, you’ve got to get your gossip from somewhere ? ), some American sport, and odd and funny stories.

Although we are based in Melbourne, we have a team in five countries picking what we hope is a good read every day, 365 days a year. We’re read by 1.5 million people every month, who read 7 million pages on the site.

Most of all we love what we do, and we hope you’ll like it as well.

About Me (Duncan Riley)

I’ve been writing online and developing web properties for over eight years, mostly around technology. I must confess that I’m a gadget fiend who likes things that connect to the internet: like the internet enabled robotic vacuum cleaner in my apartment, and my internet enabled alarm clock.

Mobile has been a huge part of my life, and has changed the way we both do business, and spend our leisure time. The choices have never been richer, nor has the cost been more affordable.
