Katie Holmes, Jamie Foxx Officially Together [Report]
After a lot of speculation and bizarre assumptions, Page Six’s sources now officially confirmed that Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are back together after a minor dispute.
Tom Cruise and Katie’s marriage life has always been considered as a fairy tale come true. The Mission Impossible actor confirmed his love for Katie to Oprah Winfrey on her show that broadcasted on May 23, 2005. However, after six years of a happily married life, it was announced that Holmes had filed for divorce.
“We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other’s commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other’s roles as parents,” read their joint statement.
After divorcing Tom, Katie’s name has been linked with many celebrities.
She was spotted with Jamie Foxx and many media outlets started to assume that they were more than friends.
A recent report suggested that both of them had parted their ways.
Radar Online reported that the Booty Call actor dumped Tom Cruise’s ex-wife after she kept on pushing him to take their relationship public.
The source said, “Jamie wants to continue to act like the carefree guy he is in public. Eventually, the question had to come about whether he was committed enough to the relationship.”
The source further added that the actor got tired of being pressurized by the actress, and he has asked for a few months to think this through.
“It’s heartbreaking for [Katie Holmes], who would marry him in a heartbeat if he were keen,” the insider revealed. “She’s hoping he’ll change his mind and come running back, which to be fair he’s done numerous times before.”

It was around the same time when reports suggested that Jamie was afraid of Tom and did not want to upset his Collateral movie co-star. A report from Hollywood Life suggested that the 48-year-old Foxx thought to end his alleged relationship with Holmes because he had no idea how her ex-husband is going to handle the news.
“Jamie loves Katie so much and he prides himself on keeping his relationship with her private. That said, if and when he does go there and put a ring on her finger, he’s not going to do it publicly. The last thing he wants is Tom going all Collateral on him. Jamie doesn’t know Tom’s crazy side and he likes to keep it that way. He’s heard war stories from Katie about what it’s like to be his bad side and he doesn’t want that drama.”
When these reports surfaced online, the representatives of both Holmes and Foxx couldn’t be reached. But prior to this, a close friend of Foxx “accidentally” confirmed the rumored romance.
The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star Claudia Jordan confirmed during her podcast that the Oscar-winning actor was “very happy” with Suri’s mother. However, the 43-year-old reality star later denied of confirming the romance, insisting that she “didn’t have the knowledge of this being fact, [I] don’t.”
During her conversation with Entertainment Tonight, Claudia stated that she “misspoke.”
“I have no knowledge of Jamie with Katie at all. I’ve never seen them together, he’s never told me he’s dating her.
“A lot of times, I get asked questions about celebrities some I know, some I don’t – a lot times we just give a safe kind of generic answer.
“Sorry to not have this bombshell story, but I cannot confirm them. I don’t have the knowledge of this being fact, I don’t. I misspoke.”
Earlier today, Page Six reported that after a short dispute, the rumored couple is back together. An insider revealed to the publication that they have reconciled and have got back together this week. Page Six’s source also revealed that Katie’s close friends are very happy with this news.
