Miranda Lambert Postpones Wedding To Anderson East, Takes Him To CMAs Anyway
Miranda Lambert showed up last night at the big CMA Awards with her boyfriend, Anderson East, by her side. The two looked happy as can be, but In Touch Weekly is sharing that Miranda has actually put off her wedding to him. The two have never even admitted to fans that they are engaged, but talk about them getting married has been going on for a while now. Miranda has been really busy with promoting her new album The Weight of These Wings. It turns out that this has made her decide to put off any wedding plans she had with Anderson.
Miranda hasn’t shared that she is getting married, but she has obviously moved on since her divorce from Blake Shelton. Miranda and Anderson are going strong, and the news is out that Miranda recently sold the house she had in Nashville that she used to share with Blake. The Inquisitr shared about Miranda getting rid of this house, which leaves her in a perfect spot to move on with Anderson. When they got divorced, Miranda got this house and Blake kept his home in Oklahoma. He has never got rid of this house, but he had it before he even married Miranda.
An insider shared why Miranda isn’t ready to get married right away, though. It actually doesn’t have anything to do with her relationship with Anderson. Here is what the insider revealed.
“Life just got too crazy busy. With everything going on, the wedding just got away from her. Miranda and Anderson are more in love than ever and he’ll happily wait until next summer if that’s what she wants.”
Anderson East and Miranda Lambert confirmed that they were dating last December. The two seem really happy together, and it sounds like a wedding isn’t happening yet simply because they are too busy and not because they aren’t totally in love with each other. Miranda got a divorce from Blake Shelton after being married for four years, and they both moved on pretty fast after the split. Blake is now with Gwen Stefani, and there is a lot of talk about these two possibly getting married as well. He has been spending time in LA with her and working on his show The Voice.
As Fox News shared, Miranda Lambert was at the CMAs last night with Anderson East. Her ex Blake Shelton was actually not there at all, which surprised a few fans. Miranda Lambert was expected to win the Female Vocalist of the Year Award, but it didn’t happen for her this year. Instead, Carrie Underwood won and this was the first time that Carrie has won an award at the CMAs since 2008. Miranda had won this award for six years in a row, but Carrie was able to take the win this year. You know Miranda may be back next year on top, though. Miranda and Carrie are good friends who recorded a song together before, and it was obvious that Miranda Lambert was happy for her friend when she got the big win.

Miranda Lambert fans were happy to see her perform her song “Vice” on the show even if she didn’t get the big win. Anderson just watched her considering he is not a country artist, but if these two stay together, maybe she will get him up on the stage for an award show with her someday. They have performed together before, just not on a show this big.
