Are Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton Adopting A Baby Girl And Planning A Wedding?
Could Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton soon start a family together?
Although the couple has only been dating for about a year, a new report suggests Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are not only planning for a baby but also a wedding.
“They’ve started talking about adoption,” an insider told Life & Style magazine in their October 31 issue, via Hollywood Life. “They will absolutely pursue [it].”
Gwen Stefani is already mom to three boys, Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 2, from her marriage to Gavin Rossdale, but Shelton has no children of his own. Although Shelton has been married twice, he and his former wives opted against starting a family together.

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton “will do whatever it takes to have a baby girl… It might be a baby, or it might be a toddler. But no matter what, they want to have a little girl in their arms by the end of 2017,” the magazine’s insider continued, adding that Stefani loves that her boyfriend is “such a family man.”
Despite not having children of his own, Shelton has become quite involved with Gwen Stefani’s children and was recently photographed carrying Apollo around a home improvement store in Los Angeles.
“Gwen loves that Blake is such a family man,” the source revealed. “Seeing him with her kids just makes her fall in love with him even more!”
While Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are said to be in the midst of planning for a baby, they are also reportedly planning for a wedding and are said to be busy “hashing out the details” of the upcoming affair as they continue on with their relationship and careers.
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton “are moving full speed ahead with plans to start a family,” the source explained, via a report by Gossip Cop on October 20. “Blake and Gwen both want a girl, and planned to turn to IVF to make their dream a reality… if that doesn’t work out, they will absolutely pursue adoption.”
Although Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have stayed quiet about their potential plans for a baby and a wedding, a source close to the situation told Gossip Cop that the Life & Style report was “untrue.”

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton began their relationship while filming the 9th season of The Voice. At the time, both Stefani and Shelton were newly divorced and going through hard times, but luckily for the happy couple, those hard times are what brought them together and led to a true love story between them.
“We could not be, on paper, any more different. I mean, I’m a country singer and she’s a ska, rock, pop, whatever it is…and it’s just an odd idea,” he said during an appearance on the Today show earlier this year, via E! News. “But man, it’s a lot of fun. I’ve gotta be honest about that.”
Continuing on, Shelton discussed his duet with Gwen Stefani, “Go Ahead and Break My Heart,” which they initially debuted during the 10th season of The Voice.
“I actually wrote that song, started it just to try to impress [Gwen Stefani], to be honest with you. And I sent it to her just half done…and she wrote the next verse and sent it back to me. And so it was like, oh, we’ve got a song together. That’s kind of cool,” he recalled.
