Miley Cyrus Secretly Married & Pregnant? What’s Really Going On

The rumors about Miley Cyrus being secretly married and pregnant have been swirling again. It seems like these rumors have been making the rounds ever since the singer rekindled her relationship with Liam Hemsworth.

Fans have been waiting for the couple to step into the next phase of their relationship. Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were seen together in Australia over the holidays back in December 2015. Now that Cyrus has been spotted with an engagement ring on that finger and Hemsworth kind of confirmed his relationship status with the pop star, everyone has been wondering when and if the couple will get married.

According to Life & Style, cited by Celebuzz, Cyrus and Hemsworth were secretly married in February. Now, the tabloid is reporting that Cyrus is pregnant, as well as secretly married, according to the Hollywood Gossip. The article talks about the singer’s “baby joy,” while claiming that she already has a “name” and “nursery” picked out for her unborn child. Hemsworth and Cyrus got married in an intimate ceremony at home, claims an unidentified source.

“Miley’s been telling friends she’s pregnant. And as soon as Liam heard the news, he insisted they make it legal. They secretly got married and now it’s all about the baby!”

Apparently, the pregnancy was not planned, Life & Style adds. The alleged insider says that the couple will renew their vows with a lavish ceremony later this year.

“Miley and her man exchanged vows in front of a small group of family and friends at their Malibu home. They’ll have a bigger wedding later. They exchanged rings, but nothing flashy.”

Gossip Cop has since debunked this tabloid story. Cyrus’ rep confirmed to the outlet that she is not secretly married, and she is definitely not pregnant. Life & Style is not the only magazine that believes Cyrus and Hemsworth are married. Us Weekly reported that the new X Factor coach canceled their honeymoon plans to a French Polynesian Island, reports the Daily Mail. Strangely enough, Life & Style previously reported that the couple was planning a French Polynesian wedding, notes Gossip Cop.

“They had the entire trip planned, but Miley just decided she didn’t want to go there anymore. They have yet to pick a new locale.”

Cyrus and Hemsworth will supposedly get married sometime this autumn, claims the tabloid, which previously reported that Cyrus was planning her “summer wedding.” The outlet did mention that Cyrus and Hemsworth did originally consider a small summer wedding, but those plans are now off.

“Miley is pretty adamant about having a small, private ceremony. But Liam wants a really big wedding, so I’m sure they’ll come to a compromise.”

Fans have also been wondering why Cyrus was a no-show at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards. Last year, the outlandish singer made her first-ever hosting debut at the live televised event. Later that night, Cyrus dropped her new free LP, Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz, on both her Soundcloud account and her official website. So, why was she a no-show this year? Is it because she’s really secretly married and pregnant, after all?

Nope; that was not the reason. Cyrus revealed to her fans that she’s practicing her yoga skills and spending time with her dogs, according to her Instagram page via E! Online. Cyrus has proven that she’s definitely not pregnant by posting a series of videos and clips showing her flexibility, reports Self.

She’s also clearly busy filming a new series for Amazon Prime and getting ready to coach on the new season of The Voice. In a new interview, Cyrus explained to Entertainment Tonight why she really joined the panel of coaches.

“I grew up in a family where we kind of understood the business. My dad [Billy Ray Cyrus], he didn’t when he first started. He had no idea where to go or what to do or how to even have people listen to your music. When I wanted to make this my life, when I wanted to be an entertainer, my family kind of knew, ‘OK, this is how you get started.'”

Cyrus explained that it was important for someone like her to find young talent on the show. She also wanted to help those young, aspiring singers be themselves while achieving success in their careers.

“I wanted to be on The Voice as a coach after I mentored last time, I think, because everything I like to do in my life — it has to be real, it has to be authentic, it has to be genuine. Sitting and watching people sing and helping people make music, it’s what I would do every day.”

The Voice premieres on NBC on Sept. 19.
