Selena Gomez’s Ex-Boyfriend Samuel Krost Declares His Love For Her On Instagram, ‘I Love You Sel’
Selena Gomez was rumored to be dating Samuel Krost after the two were spotted getting cozy on a series of dates earlier this year, and now Krost appears to be declaring his love for her on Instagram.
According to Selena fan account @LifeWithSelG, Samuel took to Instagram to tell the world that he “loves” Gomez following the dating rumors, confirming that the two were once a couple but have now gone their separate ways.
A screen shot of the post, which has since been deleted, read as follows.
“To all the haters,
Selena is a real girl with a real heart and real feelings.
All you superficial who are just unhappy with your love lives, understand that love is real.
Although we have ventured on separate paths, at least I know that love exists.”
Samuel then signed off his very public Gomez love confession, “I love you Sel.”

It’s not clear exactly what sparked Krost’s Instagram message, though a number of Gomez’s fans took to Twitter to throw in their two cents regarding Samuel’s sudden dating confirmation.
“That explains why Selena and Samuel haven’t been seen together for a while,” Gomez fan @SMaarieG tweeted out, and @slaymomgomez wrote on the social media site, “Man so were Samuel Krost & Selena actually an item?”
“So Samuel is in love with Selena?? That [Instagram] post was random,” @rnbzains added, while @oceangomezs tweeted, “Samuel is in love with Selena ok that was random.”

Selena Gomez’s fans also speculated on the 140-character site that Krost’s Instagram account may have been hacked, leading to the pretty bizarre dating message.
“Samuel Krost’s account was hacked. That is why the photo was deleted,” Twitter user @ShesSelenaUs speculated of Gomez’s rumored former boyfriend. “He lost access to that account all together.”
Samuel has yet to speak out about his Selena post or the hacking allegations, though he and Gomez first sparked dating rumors after they were spotted holding hands on a date night back in January.

The Daily Mail published photos of Krost and Gomez together at the beginning of the year enjoying what the site described as being “a cozy date night” while holding hands at SLS hotel in Beverly Hills.
Hollywood Life also alleged that Samuel very much looked like Selena’s boyfriend after the couple spotted out on several dates, including one where Gomez and Krost were “hand-in-hand” while out together at Los Angeles club 1OAK, where eyewitness saw the two “dancing all night” as dating rumors swirled.
Selena never officially confirmed she and Samuel was her boyfriend, though Gomez did take to Instagram to show off a photo of Krost hanging out with her and her friends in what looked like a club on April 1.

Gomez stayed tight-lipped on her relationship status with Krost until the two were rumored to have broken up after a few months together, though Selena did more recently speak out about her dating life in a candid new interview about her lack of a boyfriend with Vogue Australia, admitting she’s now looking for a “low-key” romance.
“I’d be so stoked with a writer or producer or actor who is low-key, but those kind of guys are terrified of me,” Selena admitted to the magazine of her ideal boyfriend, confessing that most guys actually think it’s “dumb” to date her.
“I think people would think it’s kind of dumb [to date me],” Gomez admitted just days before Krost appeared to confirm he and Selena dated. “Nobody would want to throw themselves into that situation where it was so heightened publicly, like, why would they?”
