‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Is Nina In Danger? Serial Killer Is Expected To Strike Again

A new clip from General Hospital may have everyone wondering who could be the next victim of the soap’s serial killer. There will be a patient who is in trouble, but once again it is someone totally random. This could all be leading up to a regular character being hunted down by a killer with a deadly syringe in hand, who is ready to strike at any moment. Could the next victim possibly be Nina Clay?

In the new preview that was just posted on Twitter by General Hospital, they reminded fans that the murderer had not found and could strike at any time. It looks like he or she does strike as nurse Amy goes into a hospital room to find that the patient is crashing and needs immediate help. It looks like this is yet another random patient who will be the latest victim.

The next scene in the preview shows that Franco is now the number one suspect. Jordan and Valerie show up to ask him some questions. It may be that Franco was seen in this patient’s hospital room, which will make him look mighty guilty of trying to kill the patient. This may just put a kink in his first date with Elizabeth. Will she still believe that he is innocent after this?

Where does Nina Clay fit into all of this? She is shown trying to break into a hotel room using a credit card at the MetroCourt, but she hears someone coming up behind her. It makes it look like this is all tied into the General Hospital serial killer story line. However, it could just be someone that she knows that sneaks up on her. Maybe Franco finds her, or the actual killer decides to branch out into the rest of Port Charles.

Nina has been playing with fire lately between helping Carly find Josslyn’s kidney donor and making Julian Jerome sign over Crimson to her in exchange for her silence. On Tuesday’s episode of General Hospital, she walked in with papers in hand to have the mobster sign them since he is expected to be in prison for a very long time. She doesn’t want Julian involved with her company any longer, and since she has information that could definitely put him away, he signed the papers.

Nina also walked in on one of Julian’s guys dressed in scrubs with the vial of the medication that would send him into another heart racing episode. She seems to know that something is fishy about the whole thing and does something that looked like was done intentionally. She turned around and bumped into the henchman and spilled the entire contents of the vial onto the floor. Way to go, Nina!

Now Julian will be released from the hospital to go to court. Will he hold a grudge against Nina Clay because of the mishap that could have bought him some more time? He could very well be sending one of his men to take care of Nina once and for all. If Julian Jerome is capable of trying to kill his wife, he should have no problem putting out a hit on Nina. That is just one scenario that could put her life in danger. However, all is not lost for Julian, and according to She Knows Soaps, he is expected to concoct another plan to get out of his situation, especially after his confrontation with fellow mobster Sonny Corinthos.

Nina is also involved in publicly digging into whose kidney was donated to Josslyn. It is obvious that something shady is going on with it, and the story has been published in Crimson. Someone could be stalking her because of it. Or maybe it could all just be a teaser, and Nina is not in any danger at all.
