Ingo Rademacher Is Returning To ‘General Hospital’: What’s Known So Far About His Upcoming Storyline?
There is exciting scoop emerging for General Hospital fans, as news has just come out indicating that Ingo Rademacher is about to return to Port Charles and the role of Jasper “Jax” Jacks. Rademacher has been out of the picture for a while now, but spoilers tease that he is about to come back for a big storyline. What is known so far about Ingo’s GH return?

As TVLine details, Ingo Rademacher will begin airing again as Jax on the July 29 episode of General Hospital. Spoilers indicate that he will be back for a bit, but an exact time frame has not yet been revealed. Of course, there are a fair number of fans who would love to see him back on a permanent basis, but for now, this one is being touted as a guest stint. The buzz, however, is that this may evolve into something more than a handful of episodes.
The show has not yet detailed what they have in store for Jax during Rademacher’s return to Port Charles, but most figure that he will be back to deal with Josslyn’s illness and her mysterious kidney transplant. Carly has been trying to dig into the truth of the kidney situation for a while now, but so far she has not uncovered anything terribly revealing. According to the General Hospital spoilers for the summer from SheKnows Soaps, however, this storyline will kick into high gear very soon.
Carly has been working with Finn, to a degree, to figure out where Josslyn’s kidney came from since it obviously did not come from the not-so-dead Jake. She found a list of the staff who had been working that day, but nothing much more has played out on this front yet. However, Carly did have Finn check out Josslyn not too long ago when she became sick, and the buzz is that her illness will turn out to be something much more serious and mysterious than what Finn originally diagnosed.

Rademacher originated the role of Jasper “Jax” Jacks back in 1996 and he has left and returned a few times over the years. While the pairing of Ingo’s Jax with Vanessa Marcil’s Brenda was one that GH fans loved in the years they were together, Ingo has worked with Laura Wright as Carly quite a lot as well and viewers love that dynamic, too. Could Jax’s return shake things up for Carly and Sonny, given the trials and tribulations they have faced in recent months due to the mob?
What is the truth about Josslyn’s kidney? Could Jax’s brother Jerry be pulled into this mystery somehow? Who on the staff list that Carly found was involved in this complicated situation?

Nobody really knows where General Hospital is headed with this one yet, but hearing of Rademacher’s return certainly ups the ante a bit. The question of where Josslyn’s kidney came from has been lingering for nearly a year now and fans are anxious to see some resolution. In addition to figuring out who Josslyn’s donor was, it looks like there is a medical crisis on the way for the teen, and everybody will be curious to see how it all links up with what else has been transpiring throughout Port Charles. Many suspect that Helena Cassadine’s fingerprints will be all over this mess, but it will take a bit yet before answers are revealed.
How long will Ingo Rademacher be back as Jasper “Jax” Jacks? Can General Hospital find an excuse to keep him around Port Charles for an extended length of time to shake things up a bit? Fans are definitely buzzing about this return and cannot wait to hear more about what lies ahead with this storyline.
