Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton Planning For Pregnancy And Engagement As They Quit ‘The Voice’?

When will Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton get married? Although the couple continues to make loved up appearances, most recently at the Billboard Music Awards, they don’t appear to be engaged — or pregnant — just yet. However, according to a report, an engagement could come at any time.

Last month, a source told Us Weekly that Shelton was ready to propose to Gwen Stefani after about seven months of dating.

“Blake could propose to [Gwen Stefani] very soon,” a source close to Shelton revealed to the magazine. “Gwen is everything he wants… With Gwen, Blake has the family life he’d hoped to have with Miranda.”

Prior to the start of his romance with former No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani, Shelton was married for four years to his fellow country star, Miranda Lambert, but they did not welcome any children together. Meanwhile, from her 13-year marriage to Gavin Rossdale, Gwen Stefani is mom to three boys, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo, who reportedly love Shelton as much as she does.

“Blake wants kids of his own,” the magazine’s source continued. “And Gwen is willing to try… Blake hasn’t been this happy in years!”

Although Gwen Stefani is 46, she and her boyfriend are reportedly talking about welcoming a child together. That said, fans shouldn’t expect the singer to become pregnant any time soon. After all, she’s scheduled to embark on her four-month This Is What The Truth Feels Like tour in July.

As rumors continue to swirl in regard to what may be next for the couple, they continue to gush about their romance.

“I just like being with her, but when she’s all dolled up and we go places, it’s always fun for me,” Shelton told Entertainment Tonight Online‘s Sophie Schillaci on May 23. “If she was here right now, not one person here would be looking at anybody else but her.”

Shelton also spoke of his relationship with Gwen Stefani’s sons, who visited his hometown in Oklahoma during spring break.

“When they come out there, I don’t see them much because if they’re at my place in Oklahoma, they’re in the woods,” Shelton said. “I don’t know how to keep control of them.”

As for their own kids, Shelton joked about a recent report claiming he and Gwen Stefani were expecting twins.

“I think you can fit two humans in there… Maybe three in there!” he laughed, pointing to his own belly.

In other news, Gwen Stefani and Shelton are said to be considering an exit from The Voice after producers failed to bring her back in a full-time role for Season 11.

“[Gwen Stefani] is livid that she was not asked to replace Christina on The Voice next season, and because of this she wants to quit the show altogether,” a source told Radar Online weeks ago. “[Gwen Stefani] and Blake seem to feel that Christina was responsible for this because she wanted to piss Gwen off, and it did!”

Gwen Stefani and Aguilera had been alternating seasons for the past couple of years, but ahead of Season 11, it was announced that Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys would be joining the show as Stefani and Aguilera sat out.

“Blake is mulling over the possibility of quitting the show after this next season,” a second source added to Radar Online. “He is saying that he loves The Voice because it brought him to [Gwen Stefani], but that he ultimately wants to focus more on his career and give other artists the opportunity that he has had.”
