Are Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton Engaged? The Diamond Band She Is Wearing Suggests So

It looks like Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton may be taking their romance into the next level, as the “Hollaback Girl” singer was spotted at the Wango Tango music festival in Los Angeles wearing a large diamond ring on her left ring finger on Saturday, May 14, as reported in Hollywood Life.

It’s only been months since Gwen and Blake has started dating, but it sure feels like they’re on their way to getting hitched. Those who have been keeping up are already aware that Stefani and Shelton developed a fondness for each other since they got divorced with their respective spouses, Gavin Rossdale, 50, and Miranda Lambert, 32.

Gwen and Blake tried to keep their romance under wraps initially, but in November, the pair finally announced that they are officially dating. Since then, the media has been all over them and both have been happy to oblige, even going so far as to engage in some PDA not just in their public appearances, but also in some episodes of The Voice.

The romance between Stefani and Shelton appears to have grown stronger month after month as they went out on numerous dates, providing telltale signs that the two have only eyes for each other. Aside from going out in multiple dates, sometimes with Gwen’s three boys, they also serenaded each other with their newly-released song “Go Ahead and Break My Heart” during last week’s The Voice.

“When they were introduced to the stage, Blake gently touched her lower back, helping her up the stairs,” an insider told People. “The moment he saw her, he couldn’t help but smile. The two shared plenty of sweet, intimate moments during their performance, barely breaking eye contact. When it came to singing, you could tell they were very much in the moment. Once the song finished, Blake embraced Gwen with a hug and a long kiss on the forehead.”

Shelton also told Extra last week that he started writing the song to “impress” Gwen.

“Originally, when I started the song, I was just, I was only trying to impress her, you know, just trying to write her a song to get her excited about me, and I sent her the song half-finished and she wrote the other half of the song, so it’s such a 50/50 emotionally-invested thing,” Shelton said.

And just when you think the romance between the two couldn’t be any stronger, reports came out saying that Gwen is several months pregnant with a baby girl. If true, Stefani will finally have a girl in her family, and Blake will be a father for the first time.

As Hollywood Life previously reported, Blake and Gwen’s baby girl is expected to arrive in October, so that should give the couple enough time to make their preparations.

“Supposedly they weren’t doing anything to prevent a pregnancy,” an insider for HL said. “It was something they’d both welcome, but they assumed that ship had sailed.”

Given how well Shelton has bonded with Gwen’s three boys since they hooked up late last year, there’s no doubt in anyone’s mind that the 39-year-old country singer will be a great father to his baby girl.

Having a little girl of their own has apparently made their relationship even stronger.

“They were already like a couple of giddy teens,” the source added. “Now, they’re even deeper in love.”

Stefani and Shelton mentioned in the past that they’d be putting off any plans of getting married if the former becomes pregnant. Did they, after some deliberation, decided to go on ahead with the engagement even with a baby girl on the way?
