Harry Styles Gets Long Hair Back, Reunites With Louis Tomlinson And The Gang On ‘Family Guy’ [Video]

The ghost of Harry Styles’ long hair style will haunt a creepy campfire scene during tonight’s episode of Family Guy, and the freshly-shorn star will reunite with One Direction bandmates Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, and Niall Horan. However, One Direction fans won’t get to hear Harry’s excruciatingly slow voice during the boys’ short Family Guy appearance — Louis and Liam were the only members of the band who recorded speaking roles for the FOX cartoon.

Entertainment Weekly recently shared a teaser clip of One Direction’s Family Guy scene, a cutaway gag that’s set up when baby brainiac Stewie tells his dog, Brian, that he’s great at connecting with young people. The clip shows a long-haired Harry Styles and his bandmates sitting around a campfire while Stewie tries to spook them with a scary story about a hotel of horrors.

“So they checked into their hotel suite, and the mini bar had no sparkling water — only still!” Stewie tells the visibly disturbed members of One Direction.

“Stop!” Louis Tomlinson begs the baby. “Too scary.”

However, Stewie’s spooky story doesn’t end there.

“But that’s not all,” he tells Harry Styles and the gang. “They looked in the wardrobe and discovered that the stylist had only brought non-skinny jeans!”

This tale of terror would be especially horrifying to Harry. According to Yahoo! Celebrity UK, he likes his jeans so tight that he’s taken to shopping in the women’s department.

“I wear 26-inch waist women’s jeans. Boom,” Harry Styles told the Sunday Times.

You can watch animated Harry get spooked by relaxed-fit men’s jeans in the video below.

Liam Payne doesn’t speak in the teaser clip, so One Direction fans will definitely get to see more of the band when Family Guy airs tonight at 9 p.m. ET on FOX. Simon Cowell will also appear in the episode, which is titled “Run, Chris, Run.” Judging from its TV Guide description, it’s loosely based on the horror movie Carrie.

“Chris is surprisingly elected homecoming king, but Meg learns the cool clique plans to prank him during the upcoming ceremony,” the episode summary reads. “Meanwhile, the guys seek a replacement for Cleveland when he begins hanging out with Jerome the bartender.”

One Direction fans might be sad that Harry Styles didn’t give voice acting a go in the Family Guy episode, but Harry isn’t going to hide from the spotlight forever. According to Variety, he’s set to star alongside Tom Hardy and Kenneth Branagh in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming World War II drama Dunkirk. The film will focus on the 1940 evacuation of Allied forces from the French city of Dunkirk.

The Daily Mail claims that Harry Styles recently cut his hair because Christopher Nolan “forced” him to do so for the movie. However, Harry had been planning on lopping off his lovely locks long before he was cast in Dunkirk. As People reports, Prince Harry actually asked Harry Styles about his avoidance of scissors during last November’s Royal Variety Performance. After having a short conversation about haircuts with the royal, Styles talked to reporters about the future of his famous fluff and his baby face.

“No no I’m not growing any facial hair. At some point I’ll be cutting it [the hair] for charity,” Harry Styles said when he was asked whether he would ever grow a beard like Prince Harry.

As Us Weekly reports, Harry delivered on his promise to cut his hair for a good cause earlier this month when he revealed that he would be donating his wavy ponytail to the Little Princess Trust, an organization that creates wigs for children who have lost their hair during cancer treatment.

While it might be a long time before One Direction fans get to see the real Harry Styles with long hair again, at least they’ll get to see his majestic mane in animated form during tonight’s episode of Family Guy.
