Is Miranda Lambert Getting In The Way Of Blake Shelton & Gwen Stefani’s Wedding Plans?

Is Miranda Lambert trying to derail ex-husband Blake Shelton’s wedding plans?

Although rumors have continued to swirl in regard to a possible wedding between Gwen Stefani and the former husband of Miranda Lambert, those rumors became much more plausible last week, when a source close to Stefani told People Magazine future wedding bells were “very possible.” However, according to another report, Miranda Lambert is hoping to put a stop to the allegedly upcoming nuptials.

On March 6, Celebrity Dirty Laundry claimed Miranda Lambert was upset after convincing herself that Stefani not only stole Shelton from her when they were still married, but had also stolen her country style after settling in at Shelton’s Oklahoma home.

Despite The Voice couple staying mum on any current plans to wed, the outlet noted a possible country ceremony for the couple of four months, claiming their wedding reception would feature “a big old country barbecue with down-home cooking and carnival rides.”

The site also noted Shelton’s habit of keeping major moments on the down-low, reminding readers of his quicky divorce from Miranda Lambert, which was all wrapped up by the time it was even announced.

Just last month, a source told Life & Style that Miranda Lambert was in a rush to walk down the aisle before her ex-husband’s alleged nuptials, and was determined to do so with new boyfriend Anderson East.

“[Miranda Lambert] is determined to beat Gwen to the altar,” while “Gwen feels like she’s in a race with [Miranda Lambert] to see who can get married first,” the magazine’s source revealed, according to a report by Gossip Cop. And, “Gwen and [Miranda Lambert] are both determined to outdo their first marriages — and each other.”

Miranda Lambert and East reportedly “discussed taking their relationship to the next level and for both of them that means one thing: marriage.” Meanwhile, Stefani was said to be “pushing her attorneys to do all they can to finalize her divorce from Gavin [Rossdale] as quickly as possible.”

Added the magazine’s source, Stefani was “initially hesitant about having another big [wedding] bash, but she actually changed her mind when she discovered [Miranda Lambert]’s plans with Anderson. She wants to outdo [Miranda Lambert] in every way, and that means having the biggest celebrity wedding of the decade.”

In response to the story, a rep for Stefani told Gossip Cop that the report was entirely “untrue.” However, when it comes to Miranda Lambert’s plans to move forward with East, there could be some truth. On February 13, a source spoke to E! News, revealing Miranda Lambert was “definitely in love” with East and discussing their future together.

“They both have discussed wanting kids one day,” a source told E! News. “When they are both not on tour, they are with each other. They video chat or text and keep connected every day.”

In addition, “Anderson loves all 15 of Miranda’s animals. They both are very into helping make a difference. Miranda is definitely in love with Anderson. She is in the best place of her life now and looking forward to the future!”

The report also claimed Miranda Lambert didn’t hold a grudge against Shelton and Stefani for their highly-publicized romance. Instead, she was said to be glad they were happy.

Miranda Lambert and Shelton were married for four years before they announced their divorce in July 2015, just four months before Shelton and Stefani went public.
