Gwen Stefani & Miranda Lambert Feud Sours Sweet Romance With Blake Shelton? ‘Redneck Harlot’ Vs ‘Homewrecker’

Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton divorced last summer. And while he quickly found a new love with Gwen Stefani, Miranda took longer to move on with her life, only recently starting a romance with Anderson East. But does that mean Lambert has let go of her feelings for her ex-husband? New reports claim that Miranda has sought to cause problems for the country crooner to the point of turning his sweet romance to turn sour.

A source told OK! Magazine that the problems began when Lambert sent Gwen some cruel texts. The resulting fight’s outcome? The couple called it quits. But apparently it wasn’t just Miranda creating trouble.

Lambert learned that Stefani had called her a “redneck harlot.” That incited Miranda to search out her enemy’s cell phone number and began calling as much as four times daily.

“Gwen didn’t bother picking up because the calls were coming from an unknown number. But at some point, she got [annoyed] and texted back, ‘Who is this, and how did you get my number?” revealed the source.

In response to the “redneck harlot” label, Lambert informed Stefani that she was a “homewrecker,” claimed the source.

“Lucky I don’t find you and kick your a**,” Miranda allegedly warned.

But that threat apparently didn’t satisfy Lambert. Miranda then informed Blake’s girlfriend that her career was “over,” with her music not “relevant since the ’90s,” according to the source.

After changing her number and trying to ignore the charges, the pop star turned on her beau, contending that he gave Lambert the phone number that caused so much trouble.

“Gwen accused Blake of somehow letting her phone number slip to his ex,” explained the insider.

Shelton allegedly defended Miranda, insisting that Lambert has a “country gal” persona that shouldn’t be taken too seriously. But that defense backfired on him.

“He’s just the easiest-going guy on Earth,” commented the insider.

However, after having just gone through a heartbreaking split from Gavin Rossdale, who she discovered had cheated on her for years behind her back, it was the breaking point for Stefani when her boyfriend seemed to be on the side of Lambert, said a source cited by Hollywood Life.

“She’s very sensitive about what she sees as a lack of loyalty because of things that happened in her marriage,” said the source. “If Blake wouldn’t stand up for her and tell Miranda off, she didn’t want to be with him.”

That leaves the current status of their romance questionable, added the insider.

“[Blake] thinks Gwen made a mountain out of a molehill, and the whole situation made him see another side of her he didn’t know was there. It’s sad, but maybe they just took on too much, too soon.”

According to Gossip Cop, however, the report of a breakup between the Voice coaches is not true. A country crooner insider called it “more garbage,” and Stefani’s rep labeled it as “false.”

Meanwhile, after allegedly causing so many problems for her ex, Lambert is happily involved with Anderson East. Miranda’s new boyfriend even revealed how they met, reported Taste of Country.

Lambert came to one of his concerts, and one of Miranda’s friends introduced them. It was the perfect beginning to a romance built around their passion for music, said Anderson.

“[Miranda] came to one of my shows… A friend of hers introduced us,” recalled East.

Now that Lambert and Anderson are together, the two enjoy playing country songs together. And while East didn’t reveal any intimate details, Miranda hasn’t held back, sharing pictures of their romance on Instagram.

In addition, Lambert and Anderson recently teamed up on stage for a cover of Mariah Carey’s “Always Be My Baby.”

Miranda is preparing for a 2016 national tour, as well as writing. Among her songs is one that she debuted called “Scars,” which Lambert links to the challenges she faced in 2015.
