Charlie Sheen Denies Threatening To Kill Denise Richards And 10-year-old Daughter

Charlie Sheen has recently responded to disturbing claims his ex-wife, actress Denise Richards has brought against him in a $1,2 million lawsuit regarding apparent threats made by the star towards Richards’ daughter.

In the lawsuit, 44-year-old Richards shares inappropriate contact made by Sheen and their 10-year-old daughter. People relays one such text that is entirely offensive toward Richards.

“Your dad is a rock star genius… Your mom is a p–s wart.”

While a guest on Dr, Oz, the star who has recently shared that he is HIV positive admitted that he likely did send the text in question.

“I don’t know. Sure. I probably did. Yeah. And it’s regrettable.”

Sheen, however, fervently denied additional claims made by Richards that he spoke in a threatening manner to the 10-year-old when his ex reportedly overheard him telling Lola, “I’m going to kill you and I’m going to kill your mom.”

People relays the response Charlie has when Oz questions the star on the topic of the threat.

“I would never speak about any of my children like that ever. And I would never threaten their mom. That’s not who I am. I wouldn’t do that.”

Hypothetically speaking, the 50-year-old shared with Dr. Oz what as to what he would say to his family if he did, in fact, say such threatening words to them and about them.

“Well, you got to own your own crap. I’d apologize and hope to move forward. What else can you do?”

Denise Richards also added to the suit reports that Sheen has not been paying the expected child support he had agreed to. The former Two and a Half Men star relayed to Oz that he has been paying proper amounts to both his exes but has requested and suggested that the $55,000 a month he pays to each of his ex wives for child support should be re-evaluated given his unfortunate financial situation as of late. Sheen spoke on the issue openly.

“We came up with a number a long time ago and I had a great job and everybody was living large. and that’s not the case right now, but there’s still that expectation to still keep paying this kind of money. At some point you just can’t justify it, especially when there’s no gratitude behind it. None. I would send somebody flowers every hour if I got that kind of dough tax free.”

The situation referred to involves the actor being extorted for $10 million over his HIV positive diagnosis. Sheen shared as to his current health state on Today and divulged the details about being extorted. The actor shares two children with Richards and two with ex-wife Brooke Mueller, 38.

In addition to his HIV positive diagnosis, Sheen candidly shared with the celebrity doctor that he may actually suffer from bipolar disorder. His own doctor, Dr. Shahla Modir, is working with the star on his emotional issues and arriving at a diagnosis.

“Her and I aren’t totally there yet. You know? But I told her, if that’s something we stumble across together, I’m not going to pretend it wasn’t on the menu.”

About his outbursts back in 2011 as his time on the hit show Two and A Half Men came to an end, the actor shares that he believes testosterone creams he was using were partially to blame.

“It was, kind of, like, a borderline, not a ‘roid rage, but a ‘roid disengage. That’s the stuff that I do look at [and] cringe a little bit behind. There were things about that person that were empowering, that were vibrant, that I felt alive, whether or not I was in some suspended state or not, but I didn’t like the anger. I tend to be victimized by my anger at times.”

As CNN recently reported, Charlie Sheen’s openness about his HIV diagnosis has helped awareness of the disease.
