Kaitlyn Bristowe Headed To ‘Dancing With The Stars’? Witney Carson Says ‘Bachelorette’ Will Be ‘Really Good’ On ‘DWTS’

Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe may be making a return to reality TV, with speculation that she will follow in the footsteps of other Bachelor Nation leads and join the cast of Dancing with the Stars. Season 21 of ABC’s ballroom dance competition returns on September 14, and the announcement of the celebrity cast lineup is just weeks away.

Although ABC has not confirmed who will join the upcoming season of DWTS, pro-dancer Witney Carson, who was partnered with Bachelor Chris Soules on Season 20, tells WetPaint that Kaitlyn would make a “good contestant” on the show.

“She said she was a dancer, so I assume she has some coordination, so that would be good, and I think she has a great personality… I think she’d be really good for the show. She’s relevant, she’s fun, and she’s coordinated. So I think she’d be great.”

During a recent interview with E!, Kaitlyn said that she would consider going on Dancing with the Stars and thinks that her dance experience would help her win.

“I’ve danced my whole life… I think it would be fun and I feel like I would win.”

Her fiance, Shawn Booth, also supports the idea. Earlier this week, he posted a Snapchat video of Kaitlyn showing off her dance moves at a wedding they crashed in Vancouver. Booth captioned the video “Dancing with the Stars where you at?” — perhaps he was hoping that the video would make its way to the show’s producers.

Both Kaitlyn and Shawn have plenty of time on their hands if she is asked to join Dancing with the Stars — Kaitlyn recently revealed that she doesn’t work and neither does Shawn. The couple traveled from New York to Connecticut to visit Shawn’s family after the Bachelorette season finale, and are currently in Vancouver spending time with Kaitlyn’s friends and family.

With Nashville next on the travel list, it’s obvious they don’t have immediate plans to get jobs — unless going back to work means Kaitlyn gets a paid gig as a cast member on Dancing with the Stars and Shawn cheers her on from the audience.
