Cristiano Ronaldo, Margot Robbie Dating Rumors Start For The Stupidest Reason

Rumors that Cristiano Ronaldo is in pursuit of Margot Robbie have started to swirl for probably the stupidest reason in the history of seduction. That’s because it’s been speculated that the Real Madrid forward has set his sights on the actress because he has started to follow her on Instagram, and also liked several of her pictures.

Ronaldo clearly spent some time looking through the Hollywood actress’ photos on the website, and he was obviously impressed by what he saw because the soccer star liked some of them too. In fact, according to the Mirror, Ronaldo was seen liking four of Robbie’s pictures.

There’s just one problem with this story though: Margot Robbie has a boyfriend. The 25-year-old Wolf Of Wall Street actress has been with Tom Ackerley, an assistant director who she met on a movie set, for over a year now. Ackerly and Robbie met when he was the third assistant director on Suite Francaise, which was released in March, 2015.

In fact, there have even been rumors that he has asked for the Australian thespian’s hand in marriage. This speculation has yet to be confirmed though.

Robbie’s career continues to go from strength to strength. Having first hit mainstream consciousness opposite Leonardo DiCaprio in Martin Scorsese’s Wolf Of Wall Street, she has since followed this up with Focus, while she’s also due to be seen in Suicide Squad and Tarzan in 2016.

Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo is still single after splitting from Irina Shayk earlier this year. The pair had previously been together for five years, while the reason for the demise of their relationship still isn’t known. Shayk, who has graced the cover of Sports Illustrated, is now believed to be dating actor Bradley Cooper.

Ronaldo has been linked to a bevy of different beauties since the split, including Alessia Tedeschi. Rumors started circulating that the Italian model and actress and Cristiano Ronaldo were dating after she travelled to Spain to watch Real Madrid in action back in May.
