The Good Wife is back with Season 6, and things got off to a wild start in the premiere. What can fans expect from Episode 2 airing on Sunday night? There are some solid The Good Wife spoilers available for the Season 6, Episode 2 show and fans won’t want to miss them.

The Sunday, September 28 episode is titled “Trust Issues.” TV Guide teases The Good Wife spoilers via the synopsis that Alicia will be scrambling as she tries to keep Florrick/Agos’ biggest client on board in the midst of Cary’s legal crisis. In addition, Diane is paving the way to leave her firm to join Alicia, and she’s trying to decide which partners she wants to take with her.

Photos from CBS share a few more The Good Wife spoilers about “Trust Issues.” Alicia will visit Cary in jail, and of course the situation is quite dire at this point. Diane and Kalinda will visit Cary as well, and Cary will be told that Diane is moving ahead in the plan to change firms.

Private Practice star Taye Diggs joins the show this week. He plays a lawyer named Dean Levine-Wilkins, and it seems he will be around for a bit. Diane seemingly convinces him to jump the Lockhart/Garnder ship, despite the face he sees that Florrick/Agos is still very much in development.

It is teased that Taye’s character will be very similar to Diane, so it sounds as if to a degree he may fill a bit of a void left by Will Gardner’s death. It will certainly be interesting to see how Diane and Dean do in the setting of the new, and far less developed, law firm with Alicia.

Cary’s legal woes will certainly impact others in the mix of things, especially Alicia. She feels a loyalty toward him, but she is also still married to the governor of Illinois, and she is considering a run for State’s Attorney. Can she continue to stand by Cary’s side through all of this?

The Good Wife spoilers via E! Online indicate that Cary will be central to this season, and this storyline hits numerous characters on a multitude of levels. Cary will not have an easy time of it behind bars, and it sounds as if this story arc will definitely show a different side to this character and this show.

How will it all play out? Tune in to The Good Wife Season 6, Episode 2 airing on Sunday, September 28 on CBS to find out.
