Burger King Customer Buys Out All The Resturant’s Pies To Spite ‘Bratty’ Child

One Burger King customer took to Reddit recently and decided to vent about his experience with a screaming child who wanted some Burger King pie, and while we all understand how hectic a restaurant line can get, this customer took it to the next level after having to deal with a migraine, a screaming child and, as My Fox Detroit put it, an absentee mother.

The Burger King customer sets the mood for Reddit readers first by titling his post “Am I A Bad Person For This?” and then by explaining that he had had a very long day and simply wanted to treat himself to some burgers:

“I hadn’t had the greatest of days and I had a headache coming on. It was a very long line and I was at the end of it waiting patiently. When behind me comes this woman yapping on her cellphone with a little monster of a child.”

Now, we have all had this experience whether it was in a fast food line, a checkout line at the store, or even in the doctor’s office waiting to be seen. Young children can be hard to handle, especially when they get cranky, but this Burger King customer continues on to say that this child was more than just a monster:

“This kid was out of control, screaming, punching his mother throwing around a Gameboy whenever something didn’t go right in the game. The mother didn’t seem to pay any attention to him and his continued yelling of ‘I want a F***ing PIE’.”

According to The Huffington Post, after the customer’s headache had become a full blown migraine, he turned to the mother and kindly asked her if she could calm and or quiet her child down, and instead of an apology for her child’s behavior, the mother lashed out:

“Immediately she gets up in my face telling me I can’t tell her nothing about raising her child and to mind my own business. I nod and turn around, she’s still yelling at the back of my head when the child cries out again how he wants a pie, the mother consoles him, calling him sweety and ensuring they’ll get pies for lunch because she loves him so much.”

At this point in the story, the Burger King customer has lost his cool and has had enough of the “spoiled, bratty” kid and his “absentee mother.” After reportedly waiting in line for another five minutes or so, the customer finally reaches the front of his line. Instead of reporting the rude customers to management, he hatches his own revenge plan:

“I then decide to ruin their day. I order every pie they have left in addition to my burgers. Turned out to be 23 pies in total, I take my order and walk towards the exit. Moments later I hear the woman yelling, what do you mean you don’t have any pies left, who bought them all? I turn around and see the cashier pointing me out with the woman shooting me a death glare. I stand there and pull out a pie and slowly start eating eat as I stare back at her.”

Of course, the mother and her screaming child didn’t appreciate this little move, then again, when you have a child screaming at you for a treat, having that treat stolen right from under you doesn’t exactly sit well.
