HTC Aria Gets Android 2.2 Froyo Upgrade, But Not For AT&T Yet

Froyo has arrived for the HTC Aria, unfortunately for AT&T customers the update hasn’t be announced for the North American market.

HTC placed the over-the-air capable update, known as build 2.37.708.5 on their website and it has become available for Southeast Asian, however no AT&T release has been announced.

With the upgrade Aria users can now take advantage of newer Android features including tethering, improved enterprise support and a bunch of performance based boosts.

Typically HTC will bring most overseas upgrades to the North American market at some point, now Aria users just have to cross their fingers and wait patiently for their chance to upgrade their Smartphones.
