Conservatives call for Fox News boycott over Palin treatment

Republicans supporting failed VP Candidate Sarah Palin aren’t very happy at the moment about the continued media disclosure of stories such as Palin thinking that Africa is a country, and they want to do something about it.

Their target: Fox News.

A thread with strong support on right wing political site Free Republic has called for a boycott of Fox News for airing the Palin allegations

I propose that we punish the FOX Network for its hatchet job on Sarah Palin.

For one week beginning at 3:00 PM today no one tunes them in. We will demonstrate the power of conservatives when their ratings plummet dramatically.

Will you join me?

Maybe Fox News isn’t as fair and balanced as conservatives would have you believe :-)

    I don't know what's worse: the fact the the media knew about these things before the election and withheld them, or that they are spilling the beans about her incompetence after her failure (typically, I would not call it a failure - but she is a menace)

    YES I WILL BOYCOTT FOXNEWS FOR ONE WEEK AND MAYBE LONGER IF THEY DON'T FIX THIS REPORTING ON SARAH. I AM VERY UPSET THAT THEY ALLOWED REPORTING ON SOMETHING THEY HAVEN'T FOUND TO BE TRUE. I HOPE THEY WILL ACKNOWLEDGE THERE MISTAKE AND FIX IT ASAP.

    Sarah Palin the whiner. What did she expect, a cake walk? She has obviously lead sheltered life where she has always got what she wanted and never lost anything. Losing is not fun, but to keep blaming others for her loss is childish and unprofessional. As long as she continues to keep up this whining, she will continue to be criticized. It is unwise to attack the press, a battle she cannot win.
