‘OutDaughtered’ Season 3 Premiere Is Tonight: What Will Busby Quintuplets Be Up To Now That They’re 2?

The OutDaughtered Season 3 premiere is tonight (July 11, 2017), and in a series of heartwarming teaser videos, TLC gives a peek at what the Busby Quintuplets and their family will be up to this year.

As the Hollywood Gossip reports, in a new teaser trailer released today, TLC shows us Adam and Danielle Busby bracing themselves for the so-called Terrible Twos. The quintuplets — Ava, Olivia, Hazel, Riley, and Parker — are full of energy, scampering about, and, perhaps worst of all, starting to get into prime potty training time.

“We are the Busbys. Bring it on.”

For those not familiar with the show, OutDaughtered follows the lives of the Busbys, a Houston-area couple whose five female quintuplets, born in 2015, are the only female quints in the United States. The girls also have an older sister, Blayke. Adam, an account manager, and his wife also run an indoor cycling business. You know, to help pay the bills for all those diapers, bottles, and everything else five toddlers are going to need.

For his part, Adam Busby seems more excited about the upcoming season of OutDaughtered than anyone; he’s been counting down the days until the premiere of his favorite show with a series of posts on Instagram.

So what else will be happening this season besides potty training and dealing with the new source of income (a major plot point of last season)? Season 3 promises that Adam will see a therapist — presumably, he has some personal issues he feels like he needs to work on. Further, Hazel’s eyesight will continue to be an issue, and she may wind up requiring surgery (Hazel is the young lady with glasses, on the viewer’s far left, in the feature image for this article).

You may remember that another TLC show about a family with multiples, Jon and Kate Plus Eight, didn’t really work out for the people involved. The couple went through an intensely nasty split that played out in the tabloid press, and now, years after the show went off the air, they still hate each other. As E! Online reported in 2016, they continue to battle with each other over custody, and at the time, Jon said that he hadn’t seen one of his kids in at least a year and a half.

Hopefully things will work out better for the Busbys.
