Brandi Glanville Claims Eddie Cibrian Left Her Almost Broke After LeAnn Rimes Affair

Brandi Glanville claims that Eddie Cibrian’s years of overspending left her nearly broke when the couple divorced. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member discussed both her financial state and the impact Cibrian’s affair with LeAnn Rimes had on her life during a New York Post interview.

The RHOBH reality show star claims that she and Eddie were living “way above” their means and there was not a lot to get when the couple divorced after his affair with Rimes, according to Radar Online. Brandi readily admitted that she learned some tough life lessons following the 2009 divorce from Cibrian. The mother-of-two had this to say about struggling with fiscal responsibilities:

“I was a 36-year-old woman who couldn’t lease a car and couldn’t lease a house. For 13 years, my name wasn’t on one account. I am still building my credit.”

In a book the former model just finished, she reportedly discusses the heartbreak in her life after the Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes cheating scandal made headlines. Glanville allegedly wrote that all her young sons Jake and Mason know right now is that their Daddy fell in love with someone else.

Brandi noted she considers being a Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member as an opportunity to have a “platform and a window.” Glanville also had this to say about starring in the Bravo reality show:

“If it is gone tomorrow, I made the most of it. I joke that I whore myself out to anyone that will pay me. But that is kind of what is happening.”
