Dopey burglar logs onto Facebook while burgling

Seriously, is FarmTown that important?
A Pennsylvania burglar is behind bars after signing onto Facebook mid-burgle from the victim’s computer. Stupid? Unnecessary? That’s not even the worst part. Jonathan Parker, 19, didn’t bother logging off when robbing the home of two rings valued at more than $3500, nevermind deleting the history or cookies or not using the stupid internet when he was burgling someone’s house.
On August 28th, the victim reported that her home had been broken into through a window, and obvious signs of a break-in were apparent. Before she even noticed the missing jewelry, she noticed that the thief had logged onto Facebook and not signed off. Police quickly learned that the victim and perp were connected through acquaintances, and the not-so-clever criminal had even hit up some of his friends to go thieving with him. They declined.
Parker now remains in custody, facing 1 to 1o years in jail for the ill-planned break-in.
