Boy Kicks, Chokes And Pinches Toddler Girls At Kiddie City Childcare Center For 15 Minutes While Staffer Sits At Desk [video]

A 9-year-old boy at the Kiddie City Childcare Center in Vicksburg, Mississippi was caught on video attacking toddler children at the daycare facility. The boy is shown hitting, choking, kicking and biting toddlers – while the Kiddie City Childcare Center staffer sits at her desk in the same room, WLBT reports. The Mississippi daycare center surveillance video also shows the boy biting an 11-month-old girl before choking her and punching her in the face, The Blaze notes.

The graphic video of the physical abuse of children at the Kiddie City Childcare Center is difficult to watch. The 9-year-old boy is also shown administering a “kung-fu” style kick to a 23-month old girl at the Vicksburg daycare center. The youthful attacker is also shown slamming the head of a toddler boy into a tray, causing the child to throw up nearly immediately.

“He bad. He fight but he don’t fight little babies. He do also have a problem. He take medicine every day and he just a normal child,” the 9-year-old boy’s aunt, Vinia Dolley, told WLBT.

According to statements made by Vicksburg Police Chief Walter Armstrong republished in The Blaze, the 9-year-old attacker was “allowed to pretty much run rough shot” over the Kiddie City Childcare Center. Chief Armstrong also noted the boy’s actions went unnoticed by the childcare provider for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Vicksburg police officer arrested Kiddie City Childcare Center Sandra Trevillion, 49 on charges of contributing to the neglect of a minor. The father of one of the toddler girls attacked by the 9-year-old boy, Jamie Williams, was also arrested in connection with the incident. Williams went to the Kiddie City Childcare Center looking for the boy who attacked his daughter. As shown in the daycare center surveillance video, Williams enters and walks up to a boy to find out who was responsible for hitting his baby girl.

The boy Williams spoke with just happened to be the boy shown on the childcare video kicking, biting, choking and hitting other children – but he pointed out another boy as the offender. Williams slapped the boy “across the head” and was later charged with misdemeanor assault.

The 9-year-old boy and his mother were interviewed by local law enforcement authorities and the Department of Human Services, but it is still unclear if the boy will face criminal charges for his attacks on toddlers and babies at the Mississippi daycare center. WLBT notes the boy is no longer attending the Kiddie City Childcare Center.
