New ‘Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice’ Villain Rumor Emerges

The latest trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice left many film fans somewhat irate. They were annoyed that the clip confirmed that the villain Doomsday would be involved, a character who, some believe, should only have been unveiled in the movie itself.

It’s too late for that now. But there might actually have been some method to Zack Snyder’s madness. Because there are rumors that Doomsday is actually only the appetizer, and that another iconic villain from Superman’s past will also feature prominently in the superhero hybrid.

Obviously if you don’t want Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice to potentially be ruined, please don’t read ahead. However, it should also be noted that this is still mere speculation at this point and hasn’t been confirmed.

Okay, so the latest speculation regarding Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice is that Bizarro will feature. This rumor comes straight from Latino Review, who insist that Bizarro, the villain that is a clone of Superman made by Lex Luthor.

The trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice already proves that Lex Luthor, who will be played by Jesse Eisenberg in the blockbuster, has somehow got his hands on the body of General Zod, who was portrayed by Michael Shannon in Man Of Steel, and was killed at its conclusion.

Speculation will now swirl about how Lex Luthor could possibly get his hands on Superman’s DNA in order to create Bizarro. However, since there is clearly quite a lot of fighting in the blockbuster, it’s not too much of a stretch to imagine that Luthor picks up the DNA in one of the best battles between either Batman and Superman, or when the titanic Doomsday gets involved.

Latino Review are insistent that Bizarro will definitely appear in Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice, teasing that he will then become a key component in Justice League: Part 1, which is being directed by Man Of Steel and Dawn Of Justice’s Zack Snyder, and is due to draw a hoard of characters from DC’s Cinematic Universe together.

Over the last few days, Zack Snyder has been discussing the reasons why he included Doomsday in the trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice and didn’t wait until the film was released to debut the villain.

Speaking to MTV, Snyder explained, “I have the benefit of seeing the movie. It’s cool that they think it’s too much and I appreciated people not wanting to know, but there’s plenty that they don’t know. There’s a lot of movie that’s not in the trailer.”

Critics of the latest Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice trailer would disagree though. In fact, they would insist that not only did the latest clip reveal the presence of Doomsday, but it also proved that the two DC titans solve their titular conflict.

That’s because the trailer showed Batman, Superman, as well as Wonder Woman, lining up together to tackle the huge monster. In fact the trailer also showed us exactly how Doomsday came to be created, as it revealed the step-by-step process that Jesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor created him using the body of General Zod.

However, Zack Snyder’s comments suggest that is just the tip of the iceberg though. In fact it’s believed that Jason Momoa will make his debut as Aquaman in Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice, while it’s also been speculated that Ray Fisher will appear as Cyborg too. Plus, we don’t really know all that much about Wonder Woman too, who will be played by Gal Gadot and will follow up her Dawn Of Justice performance with a solo outing in Wonder Woman and Justice League: Part One.
