Shaq sets sights on MMA fighter Hong Man Choi

Shaquille O’Neal is reportedly looking to add MMA fighter to his diverse resume.

Hoping to succeed where Jose Conseco failed, Shaq is said to be seeking a bout with MMA fighter Hong Man Choi. O’Neal has been training for MMA for some time now, and recently “called out” former UFC light heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell. But Choi is well matched to battle him, at 7’2″ and 350 lbs to Shaq’s 7’1″/320 lbs.

In the video below, Shaq tells Choi:

“I’m comin’ for you. I’m about to retire… Do I look like Jose to you?”

In the video below, Shaq can be seen knocking down a cardboard cutout of Chuck Liddell and then kissing it. On Twitter today, Shaq also took a shot at Conseco, saying (spelling errors intact):

    Shaq is an idiot, Chuck would beat the shit out of him , stupid basketball player that dabbles a bit in MMA talking smack about a former UFC Champion? Chuck would whip Shaq while sleepwalking.

    First off, Idiotstalksmack, Shaq has a good foot in height and 120lbs in weight on Liddell. Although Liddell is a future Hall-of-Famer in the UFC, he would certainly not “beat the shit out of him…while sleepwalking.” Get your marbles together now. Brock Lesnar beat Randy Couture, who is one of the best fighters to ever step foot in the octagon.
