Kris Humphries Won’t Divorce Kim Kardashian Until She Admits Marriage Was A Sham

If you have been following the divorce trials and tribulations of reality TV star Kim Kardashian and short lived marriage marriage to husband Kris Humphries you are probably aware that the couples divorce proceedings have lasted longer than their nuptials. It turns out the divorce could drag on even further as Kris reportedly won’t sign off on the divorce until Kim admits it was a sham to get publicity.

A source close to Humphries tells the New York Post:

“Kris wants Kim to admit to fraud, to admit the whole thing was staged for publicity, to make a public apology to him because he really wanted a marriage.”

According to sources Kris Humphries turned down $7 million in hush money from the Kardashian clan while at the same time Kim Kardashian has tried to turn the situation around in the media and paint herself as the victim, an attempt no one seems to be buying.

One insider says of Kim’s attempt at PR spin:

“Her camp is putting out stories about ‘Kim’s divorce hell’ hoping he’ll cave in, but he won’t.”

You may recall that Kris Humphries tried to turn the “divorce” into an annulment based on a case of fraud, he has also asked that a judge open up Kardashian’s financial records so he can learn exactly how much money she made during their 72-day union. If Kim’s take from the “wedding” and other ventures was worth more than the $7 million Kris Humphries could walk away with a nice divorce court settlement.
