Online retailers list Splinter Cell HD Trilogy for September release

Joystiq spotted an updated listing over on Amazon, GameStop and GameFly that suggests the Splinter Cell Trilogy HD collection is due out on PlayStation 3 in North America on September 27, several months after it was originally due out.

Originally, the collection was due out in March, but it was pushed back to June and, more recently, pushed back to a summer release window. Ubisoft hasn’t confirmed the September 27 date as of writing, but with all three outlets jumping on the same date, it seems this is likely to be true.

Unless it gets delayed again, of course.
