After graduating from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines, with a degree in Business Management, Lorenzo Tanos worked several office jobs for over a decade. He then found his niche as a freelance news writer in the early 2010s and joined The Inquisitr in September 2016, where he now works as a writer and copy editor. Lorenzo is a lifelong sports fan and geeky about sports history, trivia, and stats, allowing him to specialize in NBA, NFL, UFC, and WWE articles. His varied interests and adaptability as a writer, however, allow him to branch out into topics such as science, politics, technology, and even the occasional celebrity story. In addition to his career as a writer and editor, Lorenzo is an amateur musician and songwriter who has played drums for various rock bands since the late 1990s. He is also a hot sauce enthusiast and semi-regular competitor in pub quizzes during his free time.
