Meg Whitman has raised two sons as she worked as former CEO of eBay and works as current CEO of Hewlett-Packard. Her net worth is estimated to be close to $1.9 billion. Both sons, like their mother, are graduates of Princeton. Whitman states that, rather than holding her back, her sons have been a tremendous inspiration and support.

Laurene Powell Jobs, widow of Steve Jobs , is the mother of three. Although she and her husband have kept their children out of the spotlight, they raised all three as they managed to make Apple one of the most recognized brands in the world. Jobs’ oldest child is currently a senior at Stanford.
Clothing designer Tory Burch, worth nearly $1 billion, has discussed the difficulties of managing a career and family. As reported by Yahoo , Burch states that she faces the struggles of every working mom :
” … it’s hard and it’s something I struggle with and talk to women about … I hope women understand that they can be in the business world and be a mom. It’s just a little more difficult … ”
Gina Rinehart, one of the world’s richest moms, with a net worth of around $17 billion, has had some significant struggles with her children. The mining heiress currently holds complete control over the family’s fortune. However, she is facing in a legal battle with her children over their portion of the trust.
