Toby Sheldon, who became famous for spending over $100k on plastic surgery to look like Justin Bieber, has been found deceased. TMZ reports that the former star of the hit reality show Botched had been missing for approximately three days before his body was located in a Motel 6 in San Fernando Valley.

When Sheldon was reported missing, authorities declared that it was out of his character. The Mirror reported that the 35-year-old man had last been seen in Hollywood , possibly in his vehicle. However, the three-day-search for him ended up in tragedy.

The Huffington Post reports that drugs were found at the scene where his body was found . However, a cause of death has not yet been determined, nor have authorities revealed what type of drugs were found in the motel room. Furthermore, no reports have indicated whether the death appeared to be intentional, accidental, or otherwise.

I think Toby Sheldon killed himself after he realized he had spent $100K to look like Justin Bieber, but didn’t look anything like him

Toby Sheldon was best known for his over-the-top need for plastic surgery in an endeavor to become a Justin Bieber lookalike. The 35-year-old man, whose real name was Tobias Strebel, famously appeared on Botched and My Strange Addiction , in which he described his fascination with the Canadian pop star. He even tried to become a recording artist in an attempt to sound like Bieber.

“What brought me to Bieber was the whole package,” he said on the show. “The full cheeks, the full temples, the bright open eyes, the full luscious lips, and spatial framing, his bangs and his full head of hair. [He’s] just extraordinarily beautiful.”

At the time of Sheldon’s disappearance, authorities in Los Angeles believed that the incident could have been caused by a breakup between him and his boyfriend. More information on his death may become available as more information makes its way to the media.
