Cosmetic surgeries can have both good and bad consequences. A controlled use of this procedure can enhance one’s appearance, but it can also change it a bit too much.
One such change is the “trout pout” that many end up having after getting fillers in their lips. This makes the lips look big and jut out, like a trout, from where the name comes.
It is now mostly associated with “Mar-a-Lago” aesthetics, seen among figures within Donald Trump’s circle, according to The Guardian. However, others also choose this look, including Hollywood celebrities.

Lisa Rinna, from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” has spoken openly about her iconic lips on her podcast “Let’s Not Talk About the Husband.” She recalled, “Barbara Hershey put collagen in her top lip, and we thought it was the coolest thing ever.”
She further added, “So what did we do? We found somebody who would shoot freaking silicone in our lips that would last forever,” according to Nicki Swift.
Kristi Noem is also known for undergoing a striking transformation from her past to her present. Though she has yet to confirm or deny getting any work done, many outlets have sought out plastic surgeons for comments.
Jimmy Sung, Board-certified plastic surgeon, told The Mirror, “She most likely spends about 10K a year on various cosmetic procedures, including Botox, fillers, and possibly a thread lift. This estimate is based on the average cost of these procedures and the frequency at which they are typically performed.”
Similarly, Kylie Jenner looked vastly different in her younger days, with photos confirming her naturally thin lips. However, in 2014, she appeared with full lips, which changed her look to a great extent.
Fans have also noted that she may have removed her fillers recently.

While appearing at the 2026 Baftas with Timothée Chalamet, her pout looked significantly more natural, as reported by The Sun.
Nicki Swift claimed that Kimberly Guilfoyle is the “poster subject” of the “Mar-a-Lago face.” Guilfoyle, who used to be a Fox News host, appeared without her signature lips, which have now become a target for her critics on social media to comment on.
One Facebook user even wrote, “Kimberly, you are beautiful. But please please stop with the lip fillers. You are truly messing them up,” as reported by Nicki Swift.

Madonna also underwent some dramatic facial changes, which helped her retain a youthful look. She also sported a trout pout, but her boyfriend, Akeem Morris, apparently managed to convince her she does not need fillers anymore.
According to reports, “She’s starting to listen to Akeem, who tells her she’s beautiful. She doesn’t normally listen to anyone but she does him,” adding, “She now wants to own being 67 rather than trying to look 27,” as reported by Page Six.
