News of Star Wars: The Force Awakens , video as well , has been pouring out of 2015 San Diego Comic-Con , but the behind-the-scenes trailer shown late yesterday may be some of the best we’ve seen yet. If you have but one geek bone in you, it’s likely you’ll experience the “feels,” as I’m told the kids say these days.

Behind-the-scenes trailer or not, there’s a lot packed in the nearly four-minute video. We see quite a few of the old cast, but we’re also treated to much more than that — there’s also entirely new characters shown in this Star Wars: The Force Awakens featurette

There’s plenty more where that comes from. We’re treated to glimpses of special effects in the works, scenes being shot, and Simon Pegg confirming that he has, in fact, reached Heaven by being in Star Wars: The Force Awakens . Admittedly, others were just as thrilled.

It’s unconfirmed at this time whether any other actors have reached Heaven.

Whether you’re in it for the new footage, new characters, or the behind-the-scenes stuff, this could just about pass as a bonus feature on a Blu-ray. People still use those, right?

You can keep your eyes glued on the Inquisitr for any new Star Wars: The Force Awakens content that surfaces. It may be a bit of a wait, but it’s worth it. We’re talking about Star Wars here, remember? Go watch the video already and stop reading!

Oh, but before you go, do please share this article, and feel free to engage in discussion in the comments section below. As the video shows, there’s plenty to talk about.
