Photos of President Obama in traditional Muslim dress surfaced on Fox’s The O’Reilly Factor on Wednesday night.
TMZ and the Daily Mail posted the photos of Obama in a long robe and cap that is characteristic of Muslim attire. O’Reilly stated his case by saying that Obama is unable to effectively fight the war on terror against ISIS because he has “deep emotional ties” to Islam. The Fox News pundit explains that Obama has conflicting views on battling the extreme radical group due to his family history with the religion.
“There is no question the Obama administration’s greatest failure is allowing the Islamic terror group ISIS to run wild, murdering thousands of innocent people all over the world, including many Muslims,” said O’Reilly. “Mr. Obama has never, never acknowledged that mistake, nor does he define the ISIS threat accurately. That group is killing innocent people in order to impose a radical version of Islam on the world. The jihad is solely based on theology, perverted as it may be.”
The photos of Obama wearing traditional Muslim clothing was from the wedding of his half-brother, Malik, back in the 1990s. The Daily Mail reported that a similar set of photos were released back in 2004 by Malik and previously published on its site. It was claimed they were taken in Maryland in the early 90s.
“According to his half-sister, Barack Obama attended his half-brother’s wedding in the early 1990s. Malik Obama was a Muslim,” O’Reilly explained on the Factor .

The nation’s president has been chastised for not showing more resolve in fighting against the Islamic terrorist group. As Bill O’Reilly added in his segment, President Obama will not use the term “Islamic terrorism.”
A brief history of Obama’s family was doled out on O’Reilly’s program. He began by telling viewers that the president’s father, Barack Obama, Sr., was a Muslim and abandoned the family and eventually turned atheist. Obama’s mother married another Muslim, and they moved to Indonesia. It was there that President Obama was exposed to the Islamic world, but he did attend a Catholic school in first grade.
O’Reilly went on to attack Obama’s suspected allegiance to Islam in his monologue when he said the president announced 8,000 American troops will remain in Afghanistan. The Fox News host emphatically pointed out that the president did not accurately describe the situation other than to declare it a political move instead of it having to do with Islamic terror.
Outside of the photos featuring President Obama in Muslim dress, details of Malik’s wedding are unknown. O’Reilly said it is unclear if Obama was the groom’s best man.
Malik said this in a 2013 interview.
“Some people go on about me being a Muslim, as if it somehow impacts on my brother’s politics. That is my faith, not his, but he respects it.”
O’Reilly spoke with Obama: From Promise to Power author David Mendell on the show, and he said, “I think President Obama is very sympathetic to all cultures, all religions. He grew up in a multiplicity… ”
O’Reilly interrupted Mendell to say that he didn’t think a good commander-in-chief would be sympathetic to all cultures and religions when thousands of innocent people are being slaughtered.

Bill O’Reilly concluded the end of his show by sharing that he thinks Obama is a Christian, but not a devout Christian. He also added that it is the president’s job to protect the country, not be “touchy-feely to all different cultures.”
Nevertheless, a number of American citizens question President Obama’s determination to beat Muslim radicals. This is especially the case when he shows how disturbed he is by mass shootings, gun legislation, and Donald Trump. The same display of sheer frustration is not usually present when it comes to ISIS and the brutal violence it inflicts on thousands of people.
