MTV pair Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith have had many ups and downs since fans were introduced to Griffith during Teen Mom 2 season five, and the current season, season six, has seen not only an engagement, but also a breakup between the MTV pair.
Although the MTV pair faced challenges during filming, they have since made amends, and according to a July 24 report by International Business Times , they are looking forward to their future wedding — and a future child .
“Just one more, hopefully a girl!” Evans revealed during a Facebook Q&A on Thursday.
One year after they began dating, the MTV pair welcomed their first son, Kaiser Griffith, and while Evans would love to expand their brood with a baby girl, she claimed her life was currently far too “hectic” to consider a pregnancy.
“It would be nice, but not anytime soon! I have Nexplanon implant birth control for two more years!”
In addition to Kaiser, Evans is the mother to Jace, 5,who is in the custody of her mother, Barbara Evans. Shortly after birth, Evans signed rights to Jace over to her mother, and ever since, Barbara has been the child’s main provider. Although Evans has expressed interest in getting Jace back soon, their custody hearing has not yet been held. Luckily for Evans, however, her mother allows her to visit with Jace regularly.
As for the MTV pair’s wedding plans, Evans said, “We aren’t rushing anything right now.”
According to Evans, she and Griffith, who became engaged in January of this year, are currently in couples counseling and attempting to get their relationship back to a healthy place following a brief split earlier this year. As the Inquisitr previously reported, the MTV pair’s engagement was called off in March after a heated fight at their South Carolina home. Months later, however, the two rekindled their relationship , as Evans confirmed to Real Mr. Housewife earlier this week.
“If we are going to be together forever no need to jump into a marriage right away! Our relationship will never be perfect, but we do love each other and take things day by day.”
