Anna Duggar gave birth to the couple’s fourth child on July, 19, 2015. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar released an official video on Michelle’s blog welcoming their fifth grandchild named Meredith Grace Duggar. Shortly after posting the birth announcement, the Duggar family shared a few photos of baby Meredith.
The Duggar Family Official Facebook account shared the first three photos of Josh and Anna Duggar’s new baby, Meredith Grace Duggar, shortly after announcing the birth via a Youtube video that featured new big brother Marcus. In the video , Michelle noted that the birth of Meredith Grace was the easiest yet for Anna. It seems that in light of the newest bundle of joy, the Duggar family is finally showcasing Josh Duggar in photos once again. Two of the photos of baby Meredith feature Josh Duggar alongside his new little girl.
The Duggar family notes that Meredith weighed seven pounds and 14 ounces while clocking in at 20 1/2 inches long. A time of birth was not disclosed; however, in the official birth announcement video, Jim Bob noted that the baby had been born earlier in the day.
From the photos it appears that Anna was able to have another successful home birth.
The final photo posted by the doting grandparents was an individual shot of Meredith Grace Duggar with a close-up of her tiny head of hair.
The Duggar family promises to post more photos soon and say they are thankful for all of the prayers they received leading up to Meredith’s birth.
“She’s here! Meredith Grace Duggar: 7lbs 14ozs, 20-1/2? long. Anna and baby Meredith are resting and doing well — thanks for all of your prayers! We will try to post more photos as soon as possible!”
