Keeping Up With the Kardashians and Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons star Kourtney Kardashian is expecting her third child soon with long-time love Scott Disick. The couple already have Mason and Penelope, and fans are anxious to see them welcome their new little bundle of joy. Now Kourtney is revealing more about when the baby is due and how she plans to manage the birth and first weeks home with the new addition.
Kardashian chatted with Fit Pregnancy and shared that the new baby is due in December. In fact, it seems she’s due later in the month, as she joked about keeping her doctor handcuffed to her throughout the holidays. Kourtney added, though, that Mason was due on December 24 and he came 10 days early so she’ll just see how it all plays out this time. In any case, she’s down to the last few weeks at the very most now.
The Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons star says she loves being pregnant, though this one has been a challenge. She has struggled with nausea throughout the entire pregnancy. In addition, she’s been more tired this third time around than she was during either of her previous pregnancies with Mason and Penelope. However, she adds that she’s comfortable with how she feels and looks and she thinks a pregnant body is beautiful.
Once the new baby is born, Kardashian says she will be doing everything herself in the early days, without help from a baby nurse. This won’t surprise most Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans, as Kourtney has always been a very hands-on mom and she’s often talked about attachment parenting. People shares that Kourtney plans to take two months off of everything work related, possibly even three months, once the baby arrives.
Kardashian doesn’t feel that a home birth is the right approach for her, so this baby will be delivered at the hospital just as Mason and Penelope were. Her previous deliveries have been very easy, she says, and she heads home quickly to have quiet time with the baby.
Kourtney adds that while she’s had a crowded hospital room at times previously, this time she wants a quiet, calm environment. Things have been a bit rocky on the home front over the past few months when it comes to Scott Disick , but KUWTK fans hope that things have settled down and the family is doing a bit better.
Considering that Kourtney Kardashian’s due date is now just a matter of weeks away, fans will be anxious for news on the baby’s arrival. While some outlets have reported that Kourtney and Scott are expecting a baby girl, for now fans will have to stay tuned for the new family member to make an appearance and for all of the details to be revealed.
