Kay Rozario Is ‘Done With’ Kim Richards After Winning Lawsuit

Kay Rozario is furious with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards. In her first interview since winning a lawsuit against the reality star, Kay Rozario told Radar Online she’s “done with Kim!”

At the end of last year, Kay Rozario filed a lawsuit against Richards, claiming to have been brutally attacked by her pit bull, Kingsley, early last year. Although the 80-year-old former friend of Richards was attacked early in the year, she reportedly waited to file a suit until she heard about Kingsley’s second attack, which resulted in Richards’ niece Alexia Umansky in need of multiple surgeries.

“Kim is too far gone and there is really no hope for her at this point. I have no sympathy for her at all. I have known Kim since she was a little girl. She deserves everything that is going wrong in her life right now because she brought this on herself.”

Despite her dog having attacked at least two people, Kay Rozario and Umansky, Richards continues to allow the dog to live with her in Beverly Hills, with her ex-husband, Monty Brinson. Although one would think that after losing a lawsuit because of the dog, which required her to pay Kay Rozario over $8,000, Richards would rethink keeping the dog, and she has not. And that’s only the start of Richards’ issues.

In addition to her dog trouble, Richards is currently facing charges of public intoxication, resisting an officer, and battery on an officer, which stem from her drunken arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel, which Kay Rozario claims came as a surprise to her.

“I was surprised about the arrest because Kim has always been able to talk herself out of anything, but someone has to stop her. Her sisters couldn’t. Her family cannot and now I have learned that even I could not. Kim’s gone forever and I don’t know that there is any rehab in the world that can save her at this point.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Kay Rozario won her lawsuit against Richards, but didn’t receive the $1 million she had requested. As a result, her lawyer, Bill Zudhi, recently told Radar Online of his plans to file an appeal .

“We are going to appeal this decision based on several factors. Kim Richards did not make an appearance. Also, she did not contest the case, nor did she go in front of a jury to defend herself.”

“[Kay Rozario] is very disappointed in the ruling. She is also disappointed that she did not get her day in court with [Kim Richards], which is what she wanted so badly.”
