In a new interview, Jax Taylor teased about new season, promising fans there will be no shortage of drama.
“There are a lot of ups and downs. I think everybody on the show goes through something this season so it’s pretty intense,” Jax Taylor told People Magazine on November 2 about the fourth season of the Bravo reality show. “There’s definitely no lack of boredom.”
During the fourth season of Vanderpump Rules , Jax Taylor welcomes his mother, who “was a little nervous” to the show.
“She was kind of like, ‘Am I doing this right? Am I doing this right?’ She talked to Lisa [Vanderpump] a lot. She probably talked to Lisa more than I talked to her.”
On the show’s debut episode of Season 4, Jax Taylor is seen meeting with his mother and Vanderpump to discuss his playboy ways, which his mother admits have been standard since he has been a young boy.
Throughout the show, Jax Taylor has dated a number of women. During Season 1, which premiered on Bravo in 2011, Jax Taylor was in a committed relationship with Stassi Schroeder, but after allegedly cheating on her while on vacation in Las Vegas, their relationship came to an end. Then, after admitting to sleeping with Schroeder’s former best friend, Kristen Doute, Jax Taylor and Schroeder’s relationship became further strained. He then moved on with Carmen Dickman and Tiffany Matthews during Season 3. Just ahead of Season 4, he began dating Brittany Cartwright, whom he recently moved in with.
While Jax Taylor’s love life is typically a hot topic on the show, Season 4 will also see his arrest.
“The trouble that I did get into she wasn’t happy about, so it was a little tough because I did get into a little bit of trouble this season. But, you know, she is my mother. Of course she’s going to be my biggest fan no matter what. I love her to death. She had a great time, and everyone said she did a great job.”
Just last week, Jax Taylor and his co-stars, including Scheana Marie, Schroder, Kristen Doute, Tom Sandoval, Katie Maloney, Tom Schwartz and Lisa Vanderpump, celebrated the Season 4 premiere with a party in Los Angeles, where they posed on the red carpet for a number of photos.

As Season 4 of Vanderpump Rules continues, fans will see him meet with his ex-girlfriend, Schroeder, for the first time in nearly three years.
“I was nervous. I don’t know if she was nervous. We should have talked a long time ago, and some things were just holding that up. [The relationship] definitely better than it was. You know, I have mixed feelings on Stassi. I’m sure she has mixed feelings on me. That’s about as much as I can say. I’m really kind of torn with her.”
While Jax Taylor seems to still have some lingering emotion for his ex-girlfriend, he is now committed to Cartwright, and fans will see plenty of their relationship on the fourth season of the show.
